Côte d’Or halt Real Madive’s winning streak
The Absa Premier League produced its first major shake-up of the season on day four as defending champions Côte d’Or brought Real Maldive’s impressive winning run to an end.
Real Maldive, who had opened their campaign with three consecutive victories, were finally halted at Stad Amitié where Côte d’Or delivered a disciplined and determined performance to claim a 2–1 victory.
