Minister Laporte holds bilateral meeting with EU ambassador to Seychelles

The Minister for Transport, Ports and Civil Aviation, Veronique Laporte, yesterday held a bilateral meeting with the Ambassador of the European Union to the Republic of Seychelles, Oska Benedikt, at Botanical House.

Ambassador Benedikt was accompanied by the ambassador of France to Seychelles, Anne Tallineau.

During the meeting, Ambassador Benedikt underscored the European Union’s interest in initiatives to strengthen aviation and maritime transport links and promote greater regional integration. Trade cooperation was a key focus, with discussions on ways to facilitate smoother trade flows and deepen economic engagement.
