Court of Appeal holds final session for the year

The Seychelles’ Court of Appeal convened for its last session of the year on Monday December 1, and throughout the week, judges are expected to hear 14 appeals instead of 15 initially announced, as one was withdrawn at the last minute. They include appeals rising from four criminal cases, a constitutional case, while the remaining nine appeals are civil cases.
