Seychelles Police arrest two suspects in firearms investigation

The Seychelles Police have arrested two men following information received in relation to the unlawful possession of firearms.

A comprehensive operation was conducted by police officers, resulting in the apprehension of two male suspects aged 26 and 51. During the operation, firearms and ammunition were seized and secured as exhibits for investigative purposes.

Both suspects were subsequently brought before the Court and have been remanded in custody until January 27, 2026, pending further investigations.
