There are days when life feels loud – not necessarily in sound, but in expectation. The kind of loudness that comes from responsibilities, constant decision-making, emotional weight, and the quiet pressure to keep everything moving forward. Even in a place as naturally beautiful as Seychelles, life does not pause simply because the surroundings are idyllic.
I moved to Praslin in 2024. It marked the beginning of a new chapter, one filled with change and adjustment. New routines, expectations, and responsibilities came with both excitement and moments of uncertainty. Like many transitions, it required more emotional energy than I had anticipated.
