Seychelles and China hold bilateral talks

The Minister for Transport, Ports and Civil Aviation, Veronique Laporte, convened a bilateral meeting with the Chinese ambassador, Lin Nan, on Tuesday January 20, 2026 at the ministry’s headquarters at Botanical House.

During the meeting, Minister Laporte expressed her deep appreciation for the various assistance that Seychelles has received from China.
