Cross-exposure that inspires growth: From Four Seasons Seychelles to Mauritius at Anahita

Cross-exposure opportunities within Four Seasons are more than professional exchanges; they are journeys of learning, collaboration, and renewed appreciation for excellence. Recently, team members from the housekeeping and engineering departmentsat Four Seasons Resort Seychelles – Ina Marimba and Nashari Thyroomooldy (room attendants), along with Carol Fred (engineering coodinator), Terry Boniface (pool technician), and Manal Sonar (plumber) – participated in a cross-exposure experience at the re-opening of the newly renovated Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita. From May through to December 2025, the experience proved to be both professionally enriching and personally rewarding, offering valuable insights that participants are eager to bring back home.
