Global Forum re-rates Seychelles as largely compliant against Exchange of Information on Request Standards

On January 21, 2026, the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes published the Peer Review Report on Transparency and Exchange of Information on Request for Seychelles.

This followed the approval by the Peer Review and Monitoring Group (PRMG) in December 2025 and the subsequent adoption by the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes (Global Forum) members.
