Young local boxers test fighting skills in sparring session
Young Seychellois boxers had the opportunity to test their fighting skills last Friday afternoon in a sparring session against boxers from Australia, the United Kingdom, Finland, and Switzerland.
This came after they had followed a two-month high-performance training programme with a group of boxing trainers – Muf Akay and Taron James from the United Kingdom, and Jarko Jusilla for Finland. This initiative is a collaboration of the Seychelles Boxing Federation and local company ‘Tides Seychelles’, the sponsor.
