Jahdel Gabriel wins 13km individual time trial
After winning the first race – a 65.5km circuit race – and finishing as runner-up to teammate Deveone Orredy in the 59.1km road race, Jahdel Gabriel of Vélo Club de l’Ouest came back stronger in the third race for seniors and delivered a dominant performance to win the 13km individual time trial.
The cyclist of the year’s winning time was 18 minutes 13 seconds (18:13).
