Seychelles Meteorological Authority gets new board

The new board of the Seychelles Meteorological Authority has been appointed. 

Gerard Hoareau has been reappointed as the chair while Veronica Bristol is the new vice-chairperson.

The other board members are: Justin Prosper; Ruth Pool; David Labrosse, Ronny Alcindor, Wills Agricole and Vincent Amelie who serves as the chief executive, and ex-officio member.

The board members have been appointed for a period of 3 years, effective February 1, 2026.

The appointments were announced by the President’s Office on Tuesday.
