Real Maldive upset Premier League leaders Foresters

 

Foresters failed to extend their lead at the top of the Seychelles Football Federation’s Premier League after suffering a 1-2 loss to Real Maldive in a tense and action-packed second round encounter at Stad Linite on Thursday.

Despite the setback, Foresters remain at the summit with 30 points from 14 games, but their cushion at the top could be reduced to just a single point if second-placed Côte d'Or secure a win over St Louis at Amitié Stadium on Praslin this Saturday.
