Is the paycheck the only reason we work?

Every month, millions of employees across the world wait for a familiar moment – the day their salary is credited into their accounts. The paycheck is important. It provides security, supports families, and allows people to meet the demands of everyday life. But if we are honest with ourselves, we must ask an important question: Is the paycheck the only reason we work? Is it the only reason we wake up each morning to go to work?

True motivation runs deeper than a monthly salary.
