Rovers held, lose ground on leaders La Passe
Rovers missed a valuable opportunity to close the gap on league leaders La Passe at the top of the Seychelles Football Federation Championship league standings after being held to an entertaining 3-3 draw by PLMS at Stad Linite on Tuesday evening.
Rovers appeared to be firmly in control during the first half, asserting their dominance early on. Christiano Louis was the standout performer, scoring twice in quick succession in the 18th and 22nd minutes to give his side a comfortable 2-0 lead heading into the break.
