The Postal Regulatory Body has reassured the public that parcels will soon be delivered, following growing concerns over recent delays.

Speaking at a press conference yesterday morning at Maison Esplanade, chief executive Neddy Padayachy explained the root causes of the backlog and outlined ongoing efforts to restore normal processing, particularly for consignments linked to Mahe Shipping.
