Autosport Seychelles Launches 2026 National Sim Racing Championship
Autosport Seychelles has officially announced the launch of the 2026 National Sim Racing Championship, marking a major step forward in the development of Esports motorsport in the country. The championship, delivered in collaboration with Battlegrounds Esports, will once again bring together Gran Turismo seven drivers from across Seychelles to compete in a structured national league aligned with international motorsport standards.
The season will begin with an official seeding race scheduled for April 11, 2026, which will determine driver placement within a two-tier championship structure. Due to grid limitations on the Gran Turismo seven platform, only 16 drivers will be able to compete in each tier, making the qualification phase a crucial entry point for competitors hoping to secure their place on the national grid.
