Training strengthens staff capacity in waste and landscape management

The Landscape and Waste Management Agency has successfully concluded a major internal training initiative aimed at strengthening staff capacity and improving service delivery, supporting its strategic priorities for 2023 - 2026.

Running from May 2025 to February 2026 across Mahé and the inner islands, the programme consisted of a series of structured three-hour training modules aimed at strengthening skills and capacity across all operational levels of the Landscape and Waste Management Agency (LWMA).
