Bel Ombre primary school benefits under the ‘Green Harvest – Grow Your Own Food Movement’

 

Green Harvest is a community garden and learning hub for children, especially the Little Explorers Club, as well as youths and adults.

It is a community-based initiative led by Gaea Seychelles in partnership with the Bel Ombre district administration, the Honorary Consulate of Seychelles in Luxembourg, and the non-governmental organisation Educate to Connect.

The first garden was established within the Bel Ombre community in 2023, and it has proven to be a successful and much-needed initiative.
