The Seychelles Maritime Academy received an unofficial visit on April 8, 2026 from a Russian delegation comprising senior diplomatic and naval representatives.

The delegation was led by Russian Ambassador to Seychelles, Artem Kozhin, along with counsellor Aleksandr Odoevskii and included Rear Admiral Vladimir Zemskov, and senior staff from both the Russian embassy and the Russian navy. To continue reading, please click here to subscribe to Seychelles NATION’s e copy
