22km Seychelles Nature Trail returns with strong local and international involvement

The tourism department has officially launched the third Seychelles Nature Trail, an international trail running competition that will take place on Saturday May 16, 2026.

The 22-kilometre trail run across Mahé presents a demanding course, featuring over 1,200 metres of elevation gain. Stretching from the dense forests of Mare aux Cochons to the coastal views of Anse Major, the route offers those taking part a unique combination of rugged terrain and scenic landscapes.
