Orredy takes overall victory as VCDL dominate

The 85km road race organised by l’Union Cycliste des Seychelles (UCS) on Sunday produced a highly competitive and tightly contested day of racing, with riders from senior, under-23, under-18, under-15 and veteran categories all competing together in a combined overall classification.

The race was decided in dramatic fashion at the front, with Deveone Orredy (Vélo Club de l’Ouest – U18) taking overall victory after completing the course in 2 hours, 22 minutes 59 seconds (2h22:59).
