Judokas compete in Curtain-raiser tournament
The Seychelles Judo Federation on Saturday held its Curtain-raiser tournament at the Roche Caïman dojo, bringing together 70 athletes competing for four clubs from Mahé and Praslin and one from Mauritius.
The competition, launching the calendar of the federation for 2026, assembled athletes from the Grand Anse Praslin Judo Club, Baie Ste Anne Judo Club, Elite Judo Club, Etoile Judo Club and Cassis Judo Club from Mauritius, taking part in various categories – minimes (U15), cadets (U18), and juniors/seniors (18+).
