Minister Belle advances strategic cooperation in youth and sports during working visit to the Russian Federation

As part of the working visit of the President Patrick Herminie to the Russian Federation, the Minister for Youth and Sports, Kalsey Belle, has undertaken a series of high-level engagements aimed at strengthening cooperation in sports development, youth empowerment, and capacity building.

During delegation level talks engagements at the Grand Kremlin Palace, Minister Belle reaffirmed Seychelles’ commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation in sports, building on longstanding collaboration between the two countries, particularly in disciplines such as boxing, athletics, and swimming, where past partnerships have contributed to remarkable national performance outcomes.
