Muccia clinch Championship League promotion after thrilling playoff battle
Muccia are back in the Seychelles Football Federation Championship League after surviving a dramatic two-legged playoff series against Beau Vallon, sealing promotion despite losing Tuesday’s second leg 2-3 at Stad Linite.
The League One runners-up progressed 7-6 on aggregate score after producing a spirited late comeback in the return leg to overturn a three-goal deficit on the night and secure their immediate return to the Championship following last season’s relegation.
