China and Seychelles expand partnership in ports and aviation

The Minister for Transport, Ports and Civil Aviation, Veronique Laporte, received the special envoy of President Xi Jinping and Minister for Transport of the People’s Republic of China, Liu Wei, at Botanical House on Monday. He was accompanied by the ambassador of China to Seychelles, Lin Nan, along with a high-level delegation.

During the courtesy call, Minister Laporte thanked Minister Liu for taking time during his official visit to tour Port Victoria and Seychelles International Airport, gaining firsthand insight into the country’s transport infrastructure.
