Youth-led committee to draft new national policy
Seychelles’ youth, typically those aged 15 to 35, are set to benefit from a new national policy aimed at advancing their economic empowerment, social well-being, health, civic engagement, and leadership. This follows the official endorsement of a National Youth Policy Committee tasked with drafting the new framework.
The nine-member committee, comprising individuals from diverse backgrounds, was presented with letters of appointment by principal secretary for Youth and Sports Marc Arrisol during a ceremony at the National Sports Council (NSC) boardroom in Roche Caiman yesterday afternoon.
