The three‑day vision workshop, engaging staff from all levels and sectors of the Ministry of Health and the Public Health Authority, concluded yesterday, marking a significant step toward transforming Seychelles’ health system by ensuring reforms are grounded in frontline realities.
Participants presented their group discussions, with input translated into recommendations across seven key pillars:
- Workforce and Human Resource Transformation
- Patient Experience and Access to Care
- Quality of Care and Clinical Governance
- Staff Welfare, Motivation, and a Culture of Care
- Service Delivery Model Modernisation
- Digital Health and Data‑Driven Decisions
- Primary Health Care Strengthening and Community‑Based Care
