Tiger Bite reinvents its menu with vibrant flavours
Guests seeking authentic Southeast Asian flavours can now enjoy a refreshed dining experience at the Canopy Hilton Seychelles Resort, Anse à la Mouche, on Mahé’s southwest coast. The resort’s restaurant, Tiger Bite, has unveiled a new menu crafted with fresh ingredients and paired with expertly designed cocktails.
The launch was announced by hotel manager Vanessa Albest‑Fabien during a special evening at the restaurant on Friday, August 21, attended by distinguished guests. The event celebrated vibrant tastes and exotic culinary traditions.
