Elin Bistoé wins gold at judo tournament in Réunion

Praslin secondary school student Elin Bistoé has won a -57kg category gold medal and clinched the best overall girl title at the ninth Open des Mascareignes Judo Tournament in Réunion.

Representing the Grand Anse Praslin Judo Club, Elin, whose twin sister Elna also competed in Reunion in the -63kg division, secured four victories from four fights to claim the gold medal and the tournament’s best overall girl title.
