Investment Appeal Panel appointed

President Patrick Herminie has announced the appointment of the Investment Appeal Panel.

The appointment is made in accordance with Section 12 of the Seychelles Investment Act, 2010.

The Investment Appeal Panel provides an independent mechanism for investors to appeal against certain decisions made under the Act. The Panel considers and determines such appeals in accordance with the law, helping to ensure fairness, transparency and accountability in the administration of Seychelles’ investment framework.

The full composition of the Investment Appeal Panel is as follows:

• Estelle Alexis (chairperson)
• Victor Hill (representative of the Attorney General Office)
• Edith Wong (private sector representative)
• Oliver Bastienne (representative of the Seychelles Chamber of Commerce and Industry)

The appointment takes effect on September 1, 2026 for a 3-year period.
