Bar, artisan, culinary winners announced

Winners of the bar, artisan and culinary competitions held as part of the Praslin Culinary and Arts Festival were announced during a gala dinner held last night at Les Lauriers Eco-Hotel at Côte d’Or.

The culinary competition was held at Constance Lemuria Praslin Seychelles yesterday morning, following preliminary rounds which started on Wednesday, while the bar competition took place at La Voie Del Mare Beach Bar at Amitié.

Castello Beach Hotel’s chef Harikrishna Kharki, emerged as the winner of the culinary competition.

Nigel Brioche of Les Lauriers Eco-Hotel took second place, while Daniel Joubert of Le Duc de Praslin claimed third prize.
