SDF welcomes 33 new soldiers

Thirty-three new recruits have officially joined the Seychelles Defence Force (SDF) after completing three months of intensive military training, marked by a passing-out ceremony held yesterday in the presence of Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, President Patrick Herminie, and Chief of Defence Forces, Major General Michael Rosette.

The graduating cohort comprised 22 men and 11 women, who began their training in May and were commended for their discipline, commitment, and perseverance throughout the demanding programme.
