Board of directors of Nouvobanq appointed
The Office of the President has announced the appointment of the board of directors of
the Seychelles International Mercantile Banking Company Limited (Nouvobanq), for a three-year
period effective September 15, 2026.
The board will be chaired by Conrad Benoiton, with Jennifer Morel serving as vice-chairperson.
The full composition of the board is as follows:
- Conrad Benoiton — chairperson
- Jennifer Morel — vice-chairperson
- Christophe Edmond — CEO/executive member
- Philippe Pierre — deputy CEO/executive member
- Emmaline Camille — member
- Odile Vidot — member
- David Howes — member
- Michael Bluemner — member
The board will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of Nouvobanq,
ensuring sound corporate governance and supporting the Bank in the effective delivery of its
mandate and continued contribution to the development of Seychelles’ financial sector.
The President has wished the chairperson and members of the board every success in the
discharge of their responsibilities.
