Exchanging of tokens

The African Union (AU) Commission’s special envoy on Women, Peace and Security (WPS), Liberata Mulamula, paid a courtesy call on deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Hon. Egbert Aglae, on Thursday, October 8, 2026.

Mrs Mulamula was accompanied by UN women policy advisor and regional representative Idil Absiye, WPS specialist Dr Salome Wangamati, Gender, Peace and Security Programme (GPSP) coordinator Nadia Roguiai, gender monitoring officer Josiane Darwatoye, and other technical personnel.
