Balancing university studies, football refereeing and a passion for cultural preservation, Miss Regatta 2026 winner Deidrey Kelly Zoey Roucou is determined to use her title to inspire young women and keep Seychelles’ Creole heritage alive.

Winning the Miss Regatta 2026 crown was more than the fulfilment of a childhood dream for Deidrey Kelly Zoey Roucou. It was a personal triumph, a proud moment for her home island of Praslin, and proof of what can be achieved through self-belief and determination.
