Ceps launches new initiatives to strengthen civil society and youth engagement
As the Citizens Engagement Platform Seychelles celebrates its 11th anniversary, the organisation is unveiling several new initiatives aimed at empowering local non-governmental organisations, encouraging youth involvement, and strengthening its role as the voice of civil society.
In an exclusive interview with Seychelles NATION, Tessa Henderson, who heads the secretariat of the Citizens Engagement Platform Seychelles (Ceps), said the past months have been filled with planning and development, as the platform prepares to launch a number of key projects. “We are very busy. We do a lot, and there are even things that we need to set aside for us to be able to continue with the work that is essential,” she stated.
