Emmanuel Marie, beloved ‘Mr Music’, dies at 61
Seychelles is mourning the loss of one of its most cherished musical figures, Emmanuel Marie, affectionately known as ‘Mr Music’. The renowned Seychellois singer passed away in the early hours of Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 4.45am. He was 61 years old, born on June 12, 1965.
