New Seychelles–Russia agreement deepens cultural and artistic ties

The Ministry of Tourism and Culture of the Republic of Seychelles and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation have signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at strengthening cooperation in the fields of culture, heritage, and the arts.

The memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed yesterday by the Seychelles Minister for Tourism and Culture, Amanda Bernstein, and Olga Lyubimova, Minister for Culture of the Russian Federation.
