Safeguarding Blue Carbon: SeyCCAT launches seagrass monitoring protocols

On April 30, 2026, the Seychelles Conservation and Climate Adaptation Trust (SeyCCAT) officially handed over the nation’s new Seagrass Assessment, Monitoring and Restoration Protocols, unveiled the Seagrass Identification Flipcharts, and celebrated participants who successfully completed the associated training programme.
