Battle for the Crown winner Abdel Assary was warmly received yesterday by the President of the Republic of Seychelles, Patrick Herminie, during a courtesy call at State House.

The 15-year-old singer was accompanied by his parents and was also welcomed by British High Commissioner Jeff Glekin and the Minister for Youth and Sports, Kalsey Belle.

Speaking to the media after the meeting, Abdel expressed his gratitude and excitement at the opportunity to meet the President in person.
