Deadline for application submissions extended to February 25

The deadline for application submissions for the Bar Vocational Course (BVC) has now been extended to February 25, 2022.

The course will start on March 7, 2022.

Those who are interested in becoming Attorneys at Law are being urged to register as soon as possible.

The BVC is designed to give students the necessary foundation in the Seychelles legal system and laws to enable them to increase their chances of passing the Bar Exam. This is the examination all law graduates who desire to be admitted as Attorneys-at-Law to practice law in Seychelles are required to take. The Bar Exam will take place in November this year.

Those interested in becoming Attorneys at Law are encouraged to register for the BVC with the Registrar of the Supreme Court. They can email registrar@judiciary.gov.sc or come in person to the Office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at the Palais De Justice, Ile du Port. Enquiries regarding registration and course fees may be directed to the Registrar of the Supreme Court.
