The President of the SADC Parliamentary Forum, Honourable Roger Mancienne, has challenged the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) to be more initiative-taking in ending conflicts in various parts of the world, saying countries that have nothing to do with those wars were feeling the pain.
