FTC issues consumer alert against Eco Villas Limited |10 March 2025

The Fair Trading Commission (FTC) has issued a consumer alert regarding Eco Villas Limited, a business engaged in construction using timber bricks and other materials.

This is in accordance with the FTC’s functions found in section 6 (2)(h) of the Fair Trading Act 2022 to publish information on matters affecting the interests of consumers and pursuant to its mandate under Section 6 (3) of the Act to ensure the safeguarding of the interests of consumers.
