Unveiling of the plaque

The symbolic foundation stones to mark the beginning of construction were laid by President Wavel Ramkalawan, Minister for Local Government and Community Affairs Rose-Marie Hoareau, and National Assembly member for Perseverance Desheila Bastienne, during a ceremony at the project site yesterday afternoon.

The President also called on the 6000 residents of the district to come together to work for the betterment of the community.
