Four culinary talents from Seychelles shine at Constance Festival Culinaire

“It was a privilege to take part in the Constance Festival Culinaire competition. We were so excited and curious to be alongside Michelin-starred chefs, learning and experiencing the elite world of culinary competition,” said Soniya of Constance Lemuria, Praslin Seychelles.

Soniya was one of four chefs from the two Constance resorts in Seychelles who proudly took part in the Constance Festival Culinaire 2026 in Mauritius, which ran from March 13-21. The other three were chef de partie Debbie Aglae, and sous chef Rita Meme of Constance Ephelia Mahé as well as Neelu Sharma of Constance Lemuria, Praslin Seychelles.
