The Bel Eau primary school is the proud recipient of a generous donation of smart TVs from Sacos, one of the leading general and life insurance providers in Seychelles.

The donation marked a significant step forward in enhancing the school's digital learning environment.

The handover ceremony during the school’s assembly on Tuesday, on the first day of Term 2, was a heartfelt occasion filled with gratitude and celebration. The event featured a touching thank you song performed by the pupils, whose joyful voices expressed appreciation far beyond words. In her speech, head teacher Jane Laurette expressed sincere thanks to Sacos, highlighting the positive impact the smart TVs would have on both teaching and learning experiences at the school.

Representing Sacos, business development manager, Rudy Rose, delivered a speech affirming the organisation’s commitment to community development and educational support.

“At Sacos, we are proud to give back to the community that supports us, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact this technology will have on your learning experience,” said Mrs Rose.

The ceremony concluded with warm interactions between Sacos representatives which included Dmitri Simeon, marketing executive, teachers, parents and pupils – underscoring the strong partnership between the school and the organisation. Bel Eau primary school extends its heartfelt thanks to Sacos for this meaningful contribution, which is set to transform classrooms into more interactive and inspiring learning spaces.
