Bangladeshi artist captures Seychelles’ beauty through his lens
Seychelles NATION sat down with artist Sourav Das, a Bangladeshi photographer who is currently based in Seychelles and working in the Food and Beverage department of a hotel. Sourav Das is a visual artist and photographer with nearly two decades of experience in photography and six years as a video editor at a leading satellite TV station in Bangladesh. His work is composed of storytelling with technical precision and emotional depth.
Sourav has just launched his first solo photography exhibition in Seychelles, titled ‘Amazing Seychelles – Lost in Paradise’ at the Seychelles National Library. We talked to him about what inspired the project, how it came to life, and what he hopes visitors will take away from it.
