Spotlight on independent candidate Ralph Volcère
Ralph Volcère, a political activist and publisher, is contesting the upcoming presidential election in Seychelles as an independent candidate.
Mr Volcère’s candidacy is being backed by the One Seychelles political party. Party President Bernard Port-Louis is his running mate.
