Voting at special polling stations starts tomorrow
Voting at special polling stations on October 9 and 10, 2025 for the presidential election runoff will be conducted in the same locations, manner and under the same procedures as per the previous Presidential and National Assembly elections which took place on September 25 and 26, 2025, according to the Electoral Commission Seychelles.
The first day of polling is reserved for special stations on Mahé, Praslin and outer islands. On Mahé, the special polling stations are at the English River school and La Rosière crèche and they will be open between 7am and 5pm, the North East Point Home for the Elderly from 7am to 12 noon, the remand centre in Perseverance from 7am to 12 noon, while on Praslin, the special polling station at the Baie Ste Anne primary school will be open from 7am to 5pm.
