Bishop Landry leads Labour Day mass on Praslin |02 May 2026

At St Joseph Parish, Grand Anse Praslin, the Labour Day mass was presided over by Mgr Landry Rasamison, who responded favourably to an early invitation from the parish priest, Fr Christian. Although the bishop has not yet officially carried out a pastoral visit to the inner islands, his presence was warmly welcomed by the faithful.

The ceremony began with a solemn procession at 08.30am, followed by the Eucharistic celebration.
